Fourty Bikes V2
Why Get a Fourty Bike?
If you want to do tricks a BMX is going to be a better option, but if you want a bike to ride places, well a Fourty is the go.
They are designed to be easier to ride distances. They are a great bike for just riding around, lighter and easier to push than a BMX.
How Come? Well. they have larger wheels that roll easier, a larger frame that allows correct length cranks and realistic gear ratios, together with the ability to get stretch your legs, because the seating position allows you to use the right muscles (less tiring, particularly on longer rides) also the handlebars are moderately low, allowing for a comfortable riding position.
With the Fourty, the components work together to make sure you get where you need to go with a minimum of fuss [and energy].
Great Handling. At high speeds Fourty bikes have greater stability because of the low bottom bracket (and centre of gravity) which means the Fourty tackles higher speeds travel like a bullet train. No nasty ‘mid descent’ panic sessions with this geometry. Just solid, well thought out handling meaning you can enjoy the ride.
Rolls Easily. The Fourty has Slick wheels which mean fast rollin’, and that’s just what the Fourty’s got. 24 x 1 3/8″ tyres fitted to super light and super tough double walled rims with a cool spoke count means that the wheels are not only strong, but roll easily, so you get an edge on your mates.
Fourty offers you options too – say what? Yep, apart from colour, you can choose either a 3 speed or a single speed
Fourty Bikes are designed for kids aged 6 to 10 years old.
