Click & Collect is an easy way to buy online and pick up your items from your local Ivanhoe Cycles store.

How to Click and Collect

When you are ready to checkout your order, select the “Click & Collect” option under delivery options. You will only be able to select a store location where the item is currently in stock.
Select your preferred store from the list
Pay and complete your order. Your order will be sent to our staff to prepare for collection during the store opening hours.
We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection via email and/or text message.

Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours of purchase, though we please request you allow up to 48 hours for processing. If you require your order urgently, please call your preferred pickup location and speak to our sales staff.

What to bring when collecting your order

Proof of purchase: Including a reference to your order number, your order confirmation email or SMS will have this.
Valid physical photo ID: Current driver’s licence, passport or Keypass
When you get in-store, head to the front counter

Can I nominate someone else to collect my order?

Yes, you may nominate someone else to collect your order. We please ask that in your order notes you specify the First Name, Last Name and contact number of the person you nominate. Upon collection, that person will be required to present:

Purchases over $1,000 require a deposit

We take online security seriously. When purchasing products over $1,000, we require that you pay a $200 deposit online, and the balance may be paid in-store upon collection. Your order will be processed as a lay-by, and the collection date can be any time up to 3 months from the date of first payment.

In-store we accept Mastercard, Visa and AMEX, and also offer Zip finance.
