GT AGGRESSOR

The GT Aggressor mountain bike products are perfect for riders who want a reliable, robust and great quality entry-level to mid-range mountain bike. You’ll be using it for general fitness, family bike rides and cruising on Rail Trails (light dirt and gravel).

Sport, Pro and Expert.

This is how the GT Aggressor range goes from cheapest (RRP $679) to dearest (RRP $849).

But really, the Pro and Sport models have about the same level of equipment. The big difference is the Aggressor Sport comes with 29-inch wheels and the Aggressor Pro comes with 27.5-inch.

It’s when you move into the Aggressor Expert that riders get upgrades such as hydraulic disc brakes and better gearing parts (24 speed vs. 21 speed on the Sport and Pro).

Also worth noting is that for pre-teens and teenagers, the 27.5-inch wheels on the Pro are going to work better ergonomically. These wheels “lower” the bike (making it easier to mount/get off). Plus the wheels ensure the bike requires less rider input, making it easier to steer.

The Aggressor Expert model also comes with 27.5-inch wheels - but only for the XS and SM frame sizes. Everything else is 29.
